Every week the idol’s of our agency will be asked a different set of questions, allowing you to get to know our idol better.
In the spirit of Heart Chord’s debut, today’s pocket love will involve your wishes and ambitions for the future of the group.
Nagai Yuki
1. Do you feel overall satisfied with the track selection for “Fight on!” ?
Sufficiently satisfied I guess. The 4 tracks are somewhat varying in tempo, but they are also very similar. For example both Fight On! and StudyxStudy are very upbeat, while 11 Gatsu and Bittersweet are melancholic ballads. Personally I would love to see a not so idol-ish track for our next single~
2. Is there a song on the single that you can do without?
Bittersweet. Unless you readers have a penchant for ear shattering shrieking, it’s highly suggested to keep Yuki and high pitch slow ballad on opposite poles.
3. What kind of artist do you wish for Heart Chord to cover in the future?
The ultimate virtual idol, Vocaloid!
4. Do you think the group is solid as a five member unit?
With red, blue, yellow, green and purple(pink) we pretty much have a complete set of rangers. But there’s also silver and black ranger so… Hmm~
5. Is there a member you especially enjoy talking to?
Salt.
6. How do you think you would react if a new member was added to Heart Chord?
“…so here’s the recording room. If you ever heard sudden ‘KABOOM’ sound at night, don’t worry, that’s just a member dancing till she falls on her butt. If you ever find salts scattered on the ground, don’t worry, that’s one of our member’s ‘blood, tears and salt’. Also, if you see a full moon and hear a howling sound, be very wary, for there is a fox among us…*grins* Now let’s move on to the dorms~!”
7. How long do you think Heart Chord will last and do you think you will be here to the end?
I’ll leave that to the captain of the ship.
8. What are your hopes for KiMiPro’s future?
Quality and quantity. It’s pretty exciting to imagine new members coming in or new sub-groups being formed, but I would like to see the day when a song covered by us receive high acclaim from general fans all over the world.
Teguchi Emi
1. Do you feel overall satisfied with the track selection for “Fight on!” ?
I guess I do. I wasn’t so happy with StudyxStudy in the beginning, but this apparently turned out to be my most favorite song of the single in the end, so yeah~
2. Is there a song on the single that you can do without?
I’ve grown to love all of them and I think they suit us, so nope!
3. What kind of artist do you wish for Heart Chord to cover in the future?
I look forward to having all the varieties of different Idol songs on our agenda and trying new stuff, so I don’t really want one exact group or category here.
4. Do you think the group is solid as a five member unit?
I actually think it is! It’s a good size, not too many members and also not too few. Heart Chord has a nice balance to it ^-^
5. Is there a member you especially enjoy talking to?
Mao and I became good friends, actually! We’re always talking to each other and she’s such a sweet and caring girl, I wouldn’t want to miss her in my life ❤
6. How do you think you would react if a new member was added to Heart Chord?
Hmm I guess I would try to become friends with her haha, as this is my usual attempt. And since we would be likely spending a lot of time together, I would also try to get a lot of information out of her, hehe~ I need to complete my spying file for this group *runs away*
7. How long do you think Heart Chord will last and do you think you will be here to the end?
Oh wait I forgot! *returns* Of course, I will not leave you guys just now! We shall see what the future brings, right?
8. What are your hopes for KiMiPro’s future?
I hope for our group to even get closer and start working together more. I feel like we only started, so there are many things everyone can improve on, and not only as a single person, but also together as Heart Chord, to make our unit shine!
Kitsume Suzuki
1. Do you feel overall satisfied with the track selection for “Fight on!” ?
I’m happy with how it’s gone but I’m unhappy with my current level, I want to try and push myself harder next time
2. Is there a song on the single that you can do without?
To be honest I’m not a huge fan of studyxstudy ha-ha, my pronunciation isn’t the best and the lyrics are hard to get right ha-ha
3. What kind of artist do you wish for Heart Chord to cover in the future?
It’s not so much an artist it’s more a song, shoujotachi yo (by akb48) holds a lot of meaning for me.
4. Do you think the group is solid as a five member unit?
I’m always open to the idea of more friends
5. Is there a member you especially enjoy talking to?
I enjoy talking to everyone but emicchi is officially my rival I want to improve to her level
6. How do you think you would react if a new member was added to Heart Chord?
I would welcome them with open arms, I love having new friends
7. How long do you think Heart Chord will last and do you think you will be here to the end?
As long as we aim for the stars
8. What are your hopes for KiMiPro’s future?
My hope is that one day we can release our own music
Asagi Shio
1. Do you feel overall satisfied with the track selection for “Fight on!” ?
The track selection’s pretty even to me! You have the sweet songs, the slow songs, and the fast songs that make you sound like you’re running on an overly fast treadmill when you’re singing it! Something for every type of listener. Pretty solid set to start off with I’d say.
2. Is there a song on the single that you can do without?
My high notes are so unique that you can compare them to that screaming goat that could be found online for a while. Thus I’d have to say Bittersweet is a song I can’t warm up to as much. I suggest we let everyone else sing the actual song beautifully, and I’ll post a bittersweet solo with shrieking rubber chickens as my accompaniment.
3. What kind of artist do you wish for Heart Chord to cover in the future?
I know this isn’t an idol group, but I personally love Kenshi Yonezu! Especially since I don’t see idol groups really covering him, I think it would be fun 
or you know, vocaloid. Or songs by Scandal. Eep. I’ll shut up now.

Emi is an elegant kitty cat with an angelic voice. Kitsume is a little yip yip psychic fox who knows our every move. All hail Lord Mao.

My magic 8 ball says….huh, it says “I don’t know”. I guess I’ll be sticking by to see how things turn out, huh?
8. What are your hopes for KiMiPro’s future?
Slow and steady wins the race -well as long as the rabbit stops anyway. I hope we can slowly build up, and become greater than what we are now.
